Todd Spohn is Chief Operating Officer. When he is not helping our healthcare partners implement strategies for building a more positive Culture of Ownership he is actively chasing after 3 amazing kids or on the golf course.
Joe Tye is CEO and Head Coach. He is a recovering hospital administrator who now spends about 200 days a year on the road helping people transform their lives by living their values, and helping hospitals build a culture of ownership on a foundation of values.
